ORDER PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders cannot be guaranteed to be shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

 If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipping your order, you will be notified via email.

 

SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Our default postage service is Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For delivery. Most of our orders are delivered within 1-2 business days from the point of order processing. The below are estimates of the delivery times for the varying shipment methods:

CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES

For any orders outside of the UK, The Gym God Limited is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

 

DAMAGES

The Gym God Limited is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We currently do not ship outside the United Kingdom for any of our range. If we add European and/or international availability, any products advertised that are shipped outside the UK may incur additional shipping costs. You should expect those orders to arrive within 12-15 business days.

Notwithstanding that, all other aspects of the Shipping Policy shall apply in the same manner to international shipping, if offered.
